1. General Information

 

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by:

By booking any cruise or rental service, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

 

2. Bookings & Payments

 

- A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit.
- The remaining balance must be paid before departure unless otherwise agreed in             writing.
- Prices are quoted in Euros (€).
- The company reserves the right to adjust pricing due to fuel fluctuations, regulatory changes, or operational requirements.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

 

Client Cancellation:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure: Full refund of deposit.
- Cancellations made within 6 days: Deposit may be non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.

Weather Conditions:
 

Safety is the company’s priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe, the cruise may be rescheduled or fully refunded. The final decision rests with the skipper/company based on safety assessment.

 

4. Skippered Cruises

 

- The skipper has full authority regarding navigation, route adjustments, and safety           decisions.
- The itinerary may change due to weather, sea conditions, or safety concerns.
- Guests must comply with all onboard safety instructions.
- In cases of unsafe or inappropriate behavior, the company reserves the right to                terminate the cruise without refund.

 

5. Self-Drive Rental – Olympic RIB 500 Pro

​

The Olympic RIB 500 Pro is the only vessel available for rental without skipper.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of €1,500 is required prior to departure for all self-drive rentals.
The deposit guarantees coverage against:
- Physical damage to the vessel
- Mechanical damage due to misuse
- Missing equipment
- Upholstery or interior damage
- Negligence or violation of maritime regulations

Inspection & Refund:
Upon return, the vessel will be inspected. If returned in the same condition as delivered, the €1,500 deposit will be fully refunded.
If damage, missing equipment, excessive dirt requiring professional cleaning, collision damage, grounding damage, or mechanical misuse is identified, the company reserves the right to withhold part or all of the deposit.
If damages exceed €1,500, the renter agrees to cover additional repair costs.

Renter Responsibility:
- The renter assumes full responsibility for safe operation of the vessel.
- The renter confirms capability to operate the vessel safely.
- The renter accepts full civil and financial liability for damages to the vessel or third         parties.
- Compliance with all Greek maritime laws and port regulations is mandatory.
   The security deposit does not limit the renter’s total financial liability.

 

6. Fuel Policy

​

Fuel inclusion depends on the selected vessel and cruise package. Fuel details are clearly communicated prior to booking confirmation.

The Black Pearl Olympic Rib 500 Pro is delivered with a full fuel tank. Upon return, fuel consumption is calculated and the corresponding amount used is charged accordingly.

 

7. Liability

- The company is not liable for loss or damage of personal belongings.
- Swimming and sea activities are undertaken at the guest’s own risk.
- The company is not responsible for delays caused by port authorities, weather, or           force majeure circumstances.

 

8. Guest Conduct

​

Guests must behave respectfully toward crew, equipment, and other passengers. The company reserves the right to terminate services without refund in cases of dangerous or inappropriate conduct.

 

9. Force Majeure

​

The company shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental restrictions, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

10. Governing Law

​

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Greek courts.
